Bussiness Plan
ASSURED INCOME FOR EVERYBODY
This income is based on priority basis. The sooner U join the early U earn. There is no ratio or matrix to cover the stages. It only depends upon the turn over of the Company.
Direct Referral
This income is the Single leg income. An associate is eligible for an income of Rs. 350/- as Direct Referral or Sponsorship income when he/she refers a new associate.
Level Income
Here comes the final destination of Directorship and the Ultimate financial freedom.
No Time Limit Incentives
You buy an Insurance Plan policy through U Source, you become a member in our organization. You sponsor 2 policies below U, you go to Level 1 . From Level 1 onwards you can avail any one incentive at a time and start a fresh for the next fulfilling the criteria.
The incentive is up to 12th level after that he/she gets a retirement benefit of Rs. 5 lacs OR Opt. for Directorship of the Company and draws salary of Rs. 50,000 pm. and after completion of every two year he/she will receive a lump sum amount of Rs. 5 Lacs at the end of 2nd year apart from the salary. There is no time limit or bondage to achieve the levels or incentives. (Stationary Charges of Rs. 50/- will be deducted from every payout cheque).

The company reserves the right to withdraw the target incentives at any time without giving any prior notice.
Payouts and Incentives are subjected to TDS & other taxes as per govt. norms.
